At Mama Smoke, each order is prepared with sacred intention and care. Due to the spiritual nature of our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Returns

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only offer exchanges or replacements if:

To request an exchange:

If approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after processing or shipping.
Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Mama Smoke is not responsible for delays once your order has shipped. If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with your local USPS or file a claim with the carrier.
